ChatGPT Millionaire AI is an independent parody tool. We claim no affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from OpenAI or ChatGPT; all names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We respect copyright and trademark law — here is exactly how we handle it.

1. The name, and why we use it

“ChatGPT” appears in our name and copy solely to describe the meme format this site recreates — asking an AI how to get rich and receiving an ordinary answer. This is nominative, descriptive use of a trademark to identify the trend being parodied: it is how the format is known on TikTok, Reels and Shorts. We do not use OpenAI’s logos, branding, or interface designs, and nothing here suggests OpenAI operates or endorses this tool. Renders are self-contained MP4s with AI-generated speech — we distribute no third-party audio or video recordings.

2. What you may do with generated videos

Your generated video is for personal, non-commercial use— sharing on your socials is the whole point. Don’t sell it, put it in ads, or present it as authentic footage of the original moment. Details in our Terms.

3. DMCA takedown procedure

If you believe content accessible through chatgptmillionaire.org infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@chatgptmillionaire.org (subject “DMCA notice”) including:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
  2. The URL(s) or a specific description of the material on our service you want removed;
  3. Your full name, mailing address, phone number and email;
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Valid notices are actioned promptly — typically removal or disablement within 2 business days — and we confirm by email. Rights holders may also contact us proactively at the same address; we respond to every message.

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email with the same contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury of a good faith belief in the misidentification, and consent to jurisdiction of your local courts. We may restore the material after the statutory waiting period unless the original complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive repeated valid copyright complaints are terminated. Spent credits are forfeited on termination for abuse.

6. Likeness rights

Copyright aside, every face in an upload must meet our consent rules — no minors, no celebrities, no rendering people without permission. See Safety and Contact.
