Refund Policy

Simple deal: you never pay for a video that didn’t render.Failed or blocked renders are refunded automatically — the credits return to your balance the moment the render is marked failed. You don’t need to email anyone.

1. Automatic credit refunds

• Render fails (model error, timeout, processing error) → credits back, automatically.
• Render is blocked by our safety review → credits back, automatically.
• The refund happens in credits, to the same account, immediately. Check your balance in My videos.

2. Money refunds

• Unused pack within 14 days.If you bought a pack and haven’t spent any of its credits, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund the payment in full.
• Duplicate or accidental purchase. Contact us — duplicates are refunded in full.
• Partially used packs are generally not refundable — credits are consumed per successful render, and each of those videos was delivered.

Approved money refunds return to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

3. What’s not a refund case

• “The face doesn’t look enough like me.” AI renders are approximations (see our Terms). The fix is a better photo — front-facing, well lit, upper body in frame — not a refund. Our photo guide helps.
• “I expected music.”Renders carry the character’s own lip-synced speech; trending sounds and captions are added inside TikTok or Reels. Here’s how →
• Renders you simply didn’t like after posting.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@chatgptmillionaire.org (subject “Refund request”) from your account email, with the purchase date and amount. We reply within 1–2 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please talk to us before filing a chargeback — it’s slower for you and freezes the account. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
