Safety
ChatGPT Millionaire AI puts a real person’s face into a video. That power comes with rules. The core principle: consent first, always. Every upload must pass them; every render is checked; violations are blocked with an automatic credit refund.
1. The consent rule
- Upload photos of yourself, or
- photos of people who explicitly agreed that you may render them.
“It’s just a joke” is not consent. Rendering an ex, a classmate, a coworker or a stranger without their agreement violates our Terms — and possibly impersonation and likeness laws where they live.
2. Who may never be rendered
- Minors. No photos of children or teenagers, in any context, by anyone.
- Celebrities and public figures— musicians, actors, athletes, politicians, influencers. No exceptions, even “harmless” ones.
- People who asked not to be rendered on our platform.
3. Content we block
- Nudity or sexualized poses and imagery
- Violence, gore, or depictions of harm
- Hateful, degrading or discriminatory content targeting people or groups
- Political disinformation or content designed to deceive about real events
- Anything illegal in the operator’s or the uploader’s jurisdiction
4. How we enforce
- Uploads are screened automatically before rendering.
- Renders flagged by screening are reviewed by a human before delivery.
- Blocked renders are refunded automatically — you lose nothing except the attempt.
- Repeated or serious violations lead to account termination. We cooperate with law enforcement where required.
5. Age
You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher digital-consent age in your country) to use the service.
6. Report misuse
Saw a ChatGPT Millionaire AI render used to harass or deceive someone? Email support@chatgptmillionaire.org (subject “Safety report”) with a link or screenshot. We investigate every report. If you are the person depicted and did not consent, say so — we treat those reports as priority. See also Copyright for rights-holder requests and Delete my data.
