Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what ChatGPT Millionaire AI (“we”, “the service” at chatgptmillionaire.org) collects, why, and the control you have over it. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to render your video, your photo passes straight through without being stored, and we never sell your data.

1. Who we are

ChatGPT Millionaire AI is an independent parody tool that generates comedy meme videos from your photo. It is not affiliated with OpenAI or ChatGPT. For any privacy question, email support@chatgptmillionaire.org.

2. Data we collect

• Account data. When you sign in with Google, we store your account identifier and email address to link your credits and videos to you.
• Uploaded photos. The photo you upload is streamed straight to the rendering service for your render — we never keep a copy on our servers.
• Render records. Status, quality, credit cost and timestamps of your renders, plus the finished video file while it is available for download.
• Billing metadata. Records of credit-pack purchases (amount, date, Stripe identifiers). Card numbers never touch our servers — payments are processed entirely by Stripe.
• Usage events. Simple first-party counters — pages viewed, renders started/finished, downloads — stored with no name or profile and never shared or sold.
• Basic logs. Request logs kept by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and abuse prevention.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell personal data to anyone.

3. How your data is used

• To generate the video you requested
• To keep your credit balance and video history
• To detect abuse and enforce our Safety rules
• To count aggregate product usage (which pages help, how often renders succeed)
• To process payments and keep accounting records

4. AI processing & third parties

To render videos we send your photo directly to our AI rendering partner (APIMart, a third-party video-generation API). The photo travels over an encrypted connection, is used to produce your video, and is not stored by us at any point — no copy of it ever lands on our servers, and we never use it to train anything. The provider’s own input link expires automatically (within roughly 72 hours). Other processors: Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting and database). These providers operate globally, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own.

5. Photo retention — the important part

We never store your photo. It is sent straight to the rendering service when you press the button, used to generate your video, and the pass-through link at the provider expires on its own (within roughly 72 hours). There is nothing to delete on our side — no photo originals, no copies, no backups.

6. Video retention

Finished videos wait in My videos so you can download them. Delivery links are temporary, but we refresh them automatically when you return — still, download your video when it’s ready to be safe. Records of the render (without the video file) are kept with your account history.

7. Cookies & measurement

We use only the session cookie required to keep you signed in, plus the anonymous first-party usage counters described in section 2. No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics trackers, no cross-site tracking.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of them: delete your data here or email support@chatgptmillionaire.org. We respond within 30 days.

9. Children

The service is not directed at children. You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher digital-consent age in your country), and photos of minors are never allowed.

10. Security

Data is stored in encrypted Cloudflare infrastructure, transmitted over HTTPS, and access is limited to what the service needs to run. No system is perfect — if a breach ever affects you, we will notify you.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.
